Balance List Import Bulk

Upload the day's full WIP_OVER_ALL / Balance List as CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xls). The WIP header is detected automatically within the first 15 rows, and legacy Excel sheets with the same header are combined. The app runs the Mark Number correction + a sanity check, then shows the change vs the previous day (added / removed / changed) — without writing anything. On Confirm the upload is stored as the snapshot for the chosen date and becomes the live master data.

📅 Which date does this WIP file represent?

The date is auto-detected from the filename when you pick a file. Change it if needed (e.g. to backfill a missing past date).

Bulk ERP Back-fill

Re-runs the ERP back-fill gap check over all saved form entries whose form date falls in the selected range. For each entry, the gap is evaluated against the latest WIP loaded in the app. Generates one Excel file per triggered activity (flat ZIP, no folders). Requires WIP data to be loaded.

Item Master — Thickness File Galvanizing

Upload the VTPL Item Master Excel file (.xls, header on row 4, data from row 5). All columns are stored. Rows that carry a Thickness (MM) value become the authoritative thickness reference for auto-fill on galvanizing forms — overriding the parsed section value.

Snapshot History
